The Well of Sychar, also known as Jacob's Well, is a significant biblical site in the West Bank where Jesus famously met with the Samaritan woman * John 4 & 5 offering her "living water" and revealing himself as the Messiah. Which is now inside the St Photini Greek Eastern Orthodox Christian Church.
Saint Sychar is also known as Nenikekh - Nanika having such a huge impact on Native Indigenous Culture. The Great Crazy Horse Lakhota OgLaLa in story telling confirmed Nenikekh as the founding father of ancient wisdom tribes! In Story telling ceremonies the Great Crazy Horse described Nenikekh as a wise powerful entity who would could grab a bear with their hands & wrestle with them, he would grab them and make them sit with the tribe!
