The Well of Sychar, also known as Jacob's Well, is a significant biblical site in the West Bank where Jesus famously met with the Samaritan woman * John 4 & 5 offering her "living water" and revealing himself as the Messiah. Which is now inside the St Photini Greek Eastern Orthodox Christian Church.

Access to Jacob’s Well is by entering the Church of St Photina and descending stairs in front of the iconostasis to the crypt.
Photina (Svetlana in Russian) is the name Orthodox tradition has given to the Samaritan woman. She is venerated as a martyr who was flayed alive and thrown down a well in Rome by the emperor Nero.
Though the Samaritan woman told Jesus “the well is deep” (John 4:11), measurements of the depth have varied over the years, due to accumulation of debris (and stones dropped by curious visitors).

.In Rome, the Almighty Guru and his companions met Leo X (tenth), who was the catholic Pope at that time (1475-1521). He was made Pope from the Cardinal group (a level of class that appoints the Pope) in 1513 and held the same post till his death.
